How you can contact us
We are an editorial team that prepares a content overview of the Dukat.bet brand and its product — the casino, the slots, the live section and the mobile version. We are not the operator of a gaming service, so please come to us with questions about the texts on this site, not about your player account.
The main and most reliable channel is email. We reply in the order in which messages arrive, and we try to respond in a factual and specific way. If you would like to notify us of something in writing or send a document, a postal address is also available below.
Before you write, take a look at the frequently asked questions page. A large part of the recurring topics — from the structure of the offer to how the mobile version works — is answered right there and saves you waiting for an email.
The editorial team's email address
You can reach the editorial team by email at redakcia@ducat.bet. This is the preferred means of communication, because it leaves a clear written trail and lets you attach a link, a screenshot or a document.
So that we can answer you quickly and to the point, please state the following in your message:
- what your input concerns — for example a specific page or topic,
- the link (URL) of the page you are writing about,
- a brief description of what you are suggesting or what you have found.
The more specific the message, the more targeted the answer. If you are reporting an inaccuracy in the text, it helps to add how, in your view, the correct information should read. Please do not send us login details, passwords or sensitive personal documents — we have neither a reason nor the authority to process such information.
Postal address
If you prefer written contact or need to send a package, use this postal address:
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Address | Deák Ferenc tér 2 |
| Postcode and city | 1052 Budapest |
The postal route is slower than email, so we recommend it only when a paper form is genuinely necessary. For ordinary input and comments, email is faster and clearer. If you expect a reply, remember to include a return contact in your letter, ideally an email address.
When you can expect a reply
We handle messages on ordinary working days and reply in the order in which they arrive. The response time varies depending on the volume of input and the complexity of the topic — a simple comment tends to be dealt with sooner than a request that calls for verifying and supplementing the text.
Around weekends and holidays a reply may take a little longer. We therefore ask for patience and recommend not sending the same message repeatedly — we log every email and will get to it in turn. If you were not to receive any response within a reasonable time, check your junk mail folder too, in case our reply landed there by mistake.
Questions about accounts, deposits and payouts
This is an important distinction. Our editorial team has no access to player accounts, balances, deposits or withdrawals and cannot intervene in them in any way. If your question concerns a specific account or transaction, it must be handled by the operator's support, not by us.
Among the topics the editorial team cannot help you with are in particular:
- logging in, identity verification or a blocked account,
- the status of a deposit or withdrawal and the speed at which a payment is processed,
- bonuses, their terms and crediting to a specific account,
- complaints and disputes relating to gameplay.
In such cases, contact the operator's customer support directly — usually through live chat or the contact details given in the gaming environment. If you play responsibly and need to set limits or take a break from play, see our responsible gaming page, where we explain the available control tools.
